We want you to love your Sculpd experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to generate a request.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused clay and tools in the original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
